We follow the European regulation 2016/679, which protects your rights in relation to the control over your data stored in databases. Therefore, we inform you that:
- To make IKIKO a reality, it is necessary to have the following information:
- Full name.
- Resource to contact you (e-mail or telephone number).
- If you submit a contribution, the database also registers it.
- What is the venue through which you are participating.
- Which language you choose for communication with IKIKO.
- This information is recorded in a database for which IKIKO is responsible:
- Name: Civiencia Sociedad Limitada.
- Type: Spanish university company.

- Civiencia will use your data to:
- Give you the right to participate in the congress.
- To make it possible for you to enter the congress materials warehouse.
- Send you the necessary information about your participation and your enjoyment of the event.
- Who will use your data:
- Your data will only be used for the purposes indicated in point 3.
- Civiencia will not provide any information about you to third parties, except in relation to the venue through which you register for IKIKO, as the venue will also need the same data to keep in contact with you and facilitate your experience.
- After the IKIKO experience, Civiencia will send you a questionnaire by email to find out your impressions and advice to improve future IKIKO experiences; and will ask you if you wish your data to be deleted from the database or if, on the contrary, you wish to receive news about the next edition of IKIKO
- Your data will remain in our database until 31 January this year unless:
- Before that date you request that the data be deleted by sending an e-mail to ikiko@civiencia.io. Unfortunately, deleting your data before the congress takes place will result in non-participation, as we need to ensure that only those who have registered participate.
- Your data will remain in our database until 31 January of this year unless:
- Know what precise information about you is in the base.
- Correct such data if it is not correct, by sending the correct information to your headquarters or to ikiko@civiencia.io.
- Order the deletion of your data from the database, as indicated in point 5, paragraph 1.
